Lillian Ailene Dore, of Jasper, passed from this life on April 19, 2015 at her home. She was 92 years old.

Visitation will be Thursday, April 23 at 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary service starting at 7:00 p.m. both at Holt Memorial Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday, April 24 at Mary Mother of God Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. Father Jim Fanrak will officiate. Burial will be in the Mary Mother of God Catholic Cemetery. The Knights of Columbus will serve as pallbearers.

The daughter of Thomas Lester and Della (Thomas) Palmer was born on August 4, 1922 in Hoffman, OK.

Lillian married Harrison Dore on November 9, 1942 and enjoyed 72 years of marriage. She was a member of the Newton County Roadrunners, a volunteer at the county fair, and loved the scenery and trails in Newton County. Lillian was a member of Mary of Mother of God Catholic Church in Harrison.

Survivors include her husband, Harrison Dore, of the home; four sons and their wives, Lester and Sally Dore, of Madison, WI, Chester W. and Tina Dore, of Santa Fe, TX, David B. Dore, of Jasper, AR, and Alfred and Brenda Dore, of Calgary, Alberta, Canada; one daughter, Denise M. Dore, of Jasper, AR; four grandchildren; one great grandchild; one brother, Thomas L. Palmer, of Norman, OK; and two sisters, Betty Ward, of Oklahoma City, OK and Bonnie Coffer, of Enterprise, AL.
