There are 3 small children's graves for James, Bessie and LUCIAN C, next to Charles and wife Jennie Effinger's headstones, in the same plot Lewis 118. I have only confirmed that Bessie is their daughter. Though they fit in between the censuses and not finding their death records, I have attached them to parents Charles and Jennie. They were born after their 25 Nov 1874 marriage date in Rockbridge Co. and before Jennie's death in 1892. Charles happens to have a brother named Lucian, like this one.
