Janet Ruth Conrad Rudesill, age 75, passed away January 20 ,2014, in Lancaster California. Born October 28, 1938 ,in Los Angeles California, she was the daughter of the late Rudolph and Vivian Conrad. She caught the eye of "Rudy" Harvey Milton Rudesill shortly after moving to the Antelope Valley. They were married for 39 wonderful years before he preceded her in death in 1995. She is survived by her son Scott and his daughters Amber and Heather, Shelly and Mark Colgan of Canton, Illinois and their sons Sean and Adam, Susan and Matthew Gaines of Littlerock, California and their children Emily and Jack, Sally and Brian Namanny of Littlerock, California and their sons Jeremy and Spencer. She is also survived by sister-in-law Linda Conrad, many nieces and nephews including special nieces Becky Beswick and Debbie Cole, and dear friends Beverly Stahl and Lloyd Linglebach. Janet was an avid reader and an enthusiastic and loving Mother and Grandmother, and the best cookie baker ever. Graveside services will be Saturday, January 25 at 10:00 at Desert Lawn Memorial Park 2200 E Ave S Palmdale California. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Alzheimer's Association at alz.org. A special heartfelt thank you to Amy Rabonza and her staff and family at Excellent Home Care for the wonderful loving care the provided for our Mother these last few years.
