Raymond S. Dayhoff entered into God's eternal care May 24 in Hanover.
He was a son of the late Bernie F. and Beulah V. (Rudisill) Dayhoff.
For many years, he was the owner/operator of a farm in York County and was also a minister and broadcasted church services over the radio for 30 years on programs including "Word Of Life" and "Abiding Gospel" in both the Frederick, Md. and Red Lion areas. Raymond attended God's Missionary Church, Hanover.
He was the husband for 60 years of Ethel (Sterner) Dayhoff of Hanover and surviving, in addition to her, are two daughters, Susan M. Moul of Spring Grove and Ruby A. Hilker of Hanover; six grandchildren, Kirby Moul, Kelby Moul, Tiffany Gilbert, Ruth Hilker, Thomas Hilker, and Michael Hilker; one great-granddaughter, Sophia Moul; two brothers, the Rev. David F. Dayhoff,of Cumberland, MD and Laverne B. Dayhoff of Hanover; and two sisters, Treva Geiman of Hanover and Shirley Bortner of Spring Grove.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Marvin Dayhoff; and five sisters, Evelyn Hershey, Nadine Warner, Dorothy Bange, Janet Bortner, and Arlene Wentz.
