      Francis Moorman, one of the pioneers of Michigan and for many years a citizen of Eureka township, died in San Francisco, Cal., June 17. He passed four score years, earning a reputation wherever he was known of being one of the substantial men whose word was good as a bond, and his deeds were ever on the side of justice and charity. He leaves many friends in this vicinity. Taylor, a native of the Isle of Wight, England, aged 82 years 8 months and 20 days.
