Graveside services for E.M. "Squirrel" Willard, 75, of Palestine will be at Chapel of the Air at Land of Memory Cemetery with Rev. Justin Bachman officiating.
He was born to Edward Thomas Willard and Geneva Walston Willard. He was a retired brakeman with Union Pacific Railroad and loved to hunt and work in his garden. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Laverne Foster.
Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Mary Willard; brother, David Willard (Gayle) and his children, Ricky Willard, Kenneth Willard (Brenda), Ginger Farrant, Patricia Arnold (Jay), Jamie Humphrey and Barbara Nettles (Todd); 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Grandson will serve as honorary pallbearers.
