The body of Frank A. Gripe was received here last Sunday after being a week on the road from Baker City, Oregon. Mr. Gripe was kicked by a horse and died from the injury. His father, J.W. Gripe and friends were here to receive the remains and convey them to their burial in the cemetery near Clarkson. This is the second son of Mr. and Mrs. Gripe to die a violent death within a comparatively short time.
