Evergreen - Graveside services for Merriam Nelson Lee will be at 11a.m. Saturday in Bayou Rouge Cemetery with the Revs. George J. Lee and Charles E. Blackmon officiating. Burial will be under direction of Hixson Brothers of Bunkie.
Mrs. Lee, 92 of Chatsworth, Calif., died Tuesday, March 2, 1994, in West Valley Hospital, Canoga Park, Calif.She was a retired teacher and homemaker.
Survivors include three sons, James N. Lee of Bunkie, the Rev. George J. Lee of Hattiesburg, Miss., and M. Albert Lee of Germany; one daughter Christina L. Turner of Chatsworth, Calif.; one brother, George A. Nelson of Cleveland, Texas; one sister, Hattie N. Campbell of Shreveport; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
Friends may call from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
