She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and she raised fox hounds and enjoyed fox hunting.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street with John Ruble officiating.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and from noon until service time Friday.Burial will be at Daugherty Cemetery.

Born in Bartholomew County July 13, 1914, Mrs. Tretter was the daughter of William "Riley" and Martha "Mattie" Malson Ward. She married Dalt Brinker September 24, 1929. He preceded her in death August 1, 1961. She later married Curtis Tretter May 28, 1967. He preceded her in death February 5, 1994.
Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy L. Walker of Columbus; a granddaughter, Linda Coombs of Columbus; a great-granddaughter, Natasha (John) Brockhaus of Columbus; great-great grandchildren, August "Gus" and Madeline Rose Brockhaus of Columbus; stepdaughters, Pauline Plummer and Mary (Jim) Branum of Columbus; several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; a half sister, Sharon Jaggers of Columbus; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Mrs. Tretter was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; son-in-law, Clarence Walker; grandson-in-law, J.W. Coombs; stepsons, Orville and Wayne Brinker; brothers, William and Raymond Ward; sisters, Gladys Walters, Pearl Harden, Millie and Ethel Hyatt, Ruth Gross, and Agnes Park; and a half brother, Frederick "Sonny" Ward.
