Victoria -- Donald J. Dinkel, 38, died Wednesday at Hadley Regional Medical Center. Born Dec. 9, 1936 at Victoria, he was a lifetime resident here. He was shop foreman for Ellis County.
He is survived by his wife, Rosie, of the home; six sons, Glen, Galen, Craig, Carl, Dennis and Doran; and one daughter, Karen, all of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Dinkel, Victoria; five brothers, Gilbert, Plainville; Hurbert, Hays; Robert, Plainville; LeRoy, Victoria; Leland, Victoria.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Fidelis Church, Victoria. Burial will be in the church cemetery. There will be military services at the grave site. Parish wake will be at 8:30 pm Friday at Cline Mortuary, Victoria.
