Served as SS-Sturmmann (radioman) on the Tiger #007 crew from 2nd Kompanie of schwere SS-Panzer Abteilungen 101 of LSSAH. He and his four fellow crew members; SS-Hstuf. Michael Wittmann, SS-Uscha. Karl Wagner, SS-Uscha. Heinrich Reimers, and SS-Strm. Günther Weber were all reinterred together, with military honors in the German Military Cemetery at La Cambe. (Bio by: Jay Lance)
