Dana died in Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas on March 15, 1915 and is buried in the State Line Cemetery there.
Mittie then married Lucious Hardiman Simmons 1882-1929, a widower with several children, and they also had several children together. He is buried in the Hicks Cemetery in Ashdown, Little River County, Arkansas.
After Lucious died in 1929, Mittie married Herman Marion Snyder 1876-1963, a widower, on December 31, 1935 in Miller County Arkansas. He is buried in the Joaquin Cemetery in Joaquin, Shelby County, Texas. They had no children together.
Mittie is not a member of my family. She had a brother, William Tolbert Letcher, and his son Harvey D. Letcher, Sr., married my grandmother, a widow, Ruth Lefeta Nash, late in his life.
