He retired after 38 years from Buckeye Cellulose Corp. and was a Marine veteran. Mr. Gadd lived a life of joy and brought much happiness to the lives of others. He was an avid gardener and believed in the value of hard work. Mr. Gadd was also a faithful servant to his Lord, member of Kirby Woods Baptist Church, and loved his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Melba Gadd; children, Steve (Debbie) Gadd of Germantown, TN, Ron Gadd of Franklin, TN; three grandchildren, Stefanie (Matt) Morris, Whitney (Dean) Shroyer, Rachael Gadd; and a great granddaughter, Charlotte.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m. until service begins at 1 p.m. on Monday, January 19 at Kirby Woods Baptist Church.
Interment will be in Forest Hill East Cemetery. Forest Hill East Funeral Home
