John Griffith died at his home in Latimore township, Tuesday evening. He had been residing alone ever since the death of his wife about 8 years ago.

He is survived by two sisters: Mrs. John Peterman and Miss Mary Griffith of York County.

The body was removed to the undertaking parlors of L.C. Pittenturf, York Springs. The body will be removed to the Gardners U.B. Church Saturday afternoon where funeral services will be conducted at 1:30 o'clock, the Rev. S.J. Pittenger officiating, with burial in Chestnut Grove cemetery.
