Rebecca was born 06 June 1843 in Tallegada County, Alabama.She was the daughter of Lucinda Ball and Charles Arthur. After the Civil War she married Andrew Glen Holcombe and they moved to Howard County AR. The 1920 census revealed that she was living in Howard County with her daughter Julia Ellen Holcomb Arnold. She died 28 April 1920 in Howard County.
