He was born Feb. 28, 1893, at Inman, Neb., the son of Ralph and Anna Clark. He attended schools in Nebraska.
He married Grace A. Van Valkenburg, April 18, 1917, at Sterling, Colo. They moved to Harrison, Neb., in 1920. In 1953, they moved to Grass Range, moving in 1959 to a ranch south of Heath.
Mrs. Clark died in March of 1973.
Mr. Clark was a member of the Lewistown Eagles Lodge.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Zada Owens of Heath; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Creel-Morrison-Retz Chapel, the Rev. Robert Grilley, Pastor of the First United Methodist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Billings Gazette, Wednesday, November 24, 1976.
