Maysville, Ky., Dec. 3. - Thomas A. Keith, 71 years old, retired capitalist and farmer, died early today of heart trouble of Iong standing.


Mr. Keith, a member of a pioneer Mason County family, was a large land owner, a director in the State National Bank and past eminent commander of the Maysville Knights Templar. Mr. Keith is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ann Dudley Keith, and two sons, John D. and Thomas A. Keith.
