NEWMAN, Cecil F., 85, of Goochland, Va., departed his life on January 15, 2012. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Teri N. Bowers. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marguerite; one son, Donald (Linda); five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was a WWII veteran, member of American Legion and an honorary member of the Saints & Sinners. He will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Westhampton Memorial Park, Richmond, Va., at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Centerville Fire & Rescue Co. #3. Norman Funeral Home is assisting the family.
