Born in Washington, she lived in Spokane most of her life. She had been a seamstress for various department stores here.
She was the widow of Charles W. Hazeltine.
Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy J. Stewart and Mary E. Plumlee, both of Seattle, and Berniece A. Heinin of McMinnville, Oregon; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
