Del Norte – Del norte resident Frank Gabriel Jaramillo (Gabie) passed away at his home on February 17, 2014. Gabie was an avid bingo player and enjoyed going to the casinos. He was a wonderful, loving, honest person who was friendly to everyone and always had something funny to say to make people laugh. Gabie was loved by his family and friends and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his life-long partner Edward Hood of Del Norte, his brothers; Jose A. Jaramillo of Sierra Vista, Arizona, Floyd (Barbra) Jaramillo of Colorado Springs, Rick (Pricilla) Jaramillo of Alamosa, and his sisters; Patricia (Mike) Mascarenaz of Monte Vista, and Rosa (Ramon) Macias of Hermitage, Tennessee along with several nephews and nieces.
Gabie was preceded in death by his sister Rose, brother Porfirio, father, Francisco and mother, Adonelia.
Cremation was selected and a graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday March 3, 2014 at the Del Norte Cemetery.
