Larry "Chief" House, 69, of Malvern passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock.

He was born October 6, 1944, in Holly Springs, the son of Jesse Howard and Johnie Palmer Dodson House. Larry was retired from the United States Navy and Cal-Ark. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Razorbacks and was a member Rockport United Methodist Church. Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by a two sister, Pat House and an infant sister; mother of his children, Treva Buie House and second wife, Shirley House; brothers, Jerry House and Johnny House and grandparents, John and Betsy Dodson and Tom and Eula House.

Survivors, son, Phil Wayne House (Bernadette) of Malvern; daughter, Trishka House of Bryant; aunt, Mary Bell Mackey of Lono; special cousins, Danny Mackey and Bobby Mackey whom he lived with as a boy and numerous other cousins.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 9 from 6:00-8:00pm at Regency Funeral Home.

Funeral Service will be Friday, October 10 at 11:00am at Regency Funeral Home with Reverend Robert Reid officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Springs Cemetery with full military honors provided by the United States Navy Honor Guard.
