Born on September 21, 1932 to the late Robert L. and Mary G. Harris, Deloris was a 1950 graduate of Flushing High School.
She was a member of Epiphany Lutheran Church and was quite a craftswoman when it came to knitting, crocheting, and needlepoint. In recent years she enjoyed working on puzzles. She was loved by all who met her and will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, David; children, Fred R. (Sandie) Moore of Orlando, FL and Karen L. (Ron) Arick of Pataskala; grandchildren, Leah Anne Moore of Gulfport, FL and Samantha Moore of Largo, FL; great-grandchildren, Brandon and Alexis Riedel, of Ft. Myers, FL.
Deloris was preceded in death by her brothers, Ernest Harris of Piedmont, OH and Charles H. Harris of Canal Fulton; and granddaughter, Michelle Riedel of Columbus.
Friends may visit from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the DWAYNE R. SPENCE FUNERAL HOME, 550 Hill Rd. N., Pickerington, OH 43147, where a funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
Entombment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
