Rosetta was the daughter of Austin and Dosia Bardwell Boyd. At time of her death, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lamar Cook, a son, Otis Ray Cook and her parents. She was survived by two sons, Arlen J. Cook and Vernon Terrel Cook, Two daughters, Joyce Cook Davis and Linda Cook Alexander.
