Norman Joseph Huschka, 76, retired USD 428 maintenance worker, formerly of Chase, died Friday, Feb. 21, 1997. Vigil 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Bryant-Christians Funeral Home; service 2 p.m. Monday, St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church.

Survivors: wife, Betty; sons, Kurt of Hutchinson, Glen of Huntington, W.Va., Kris of San Antonio, Texas; daughter, Gail Ferguson of Medicine Lodge; brothers, Raymond, William, sister, Alberta Johanning, all of Ellinwood; five grandchildren.

Memorial has been established with the American Ex Prisoner of War Museum, Andersonville, Ga.
