Services were held at 10:30 A.M., Sept. 18 in the Presbyterian Church at Hospers. Burial was in Hospers Cemetery.
Mr. Boterhoek was born Sept. 3, 1893 in The Netherlands. He came to this country in 1910. He married Anna Vos, Feb. 14, 1916 at Hospers. She died Oct. 29, 1950 in Hospers.
He married Mrs. Nell Nieuwenhuis Sept. 10, 1952 at Hospers. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include the widow; two daughters, Myrtle and Mathilda; a son, Henry; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; a step-son, Eugene; a step-daughter, Arlene; seven step-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Andries Bos in The Netherlands.
