Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, September 1 in the May and Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Sandersville with burial in the Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville. Rev. Danny Thomas and Rev. Chris Mayhew will officiate.
Mrs. Edinfield was a native and lifelong resident of Washington County, the daughter of the late Horace Greely Yates and the late Bessie Carey Yates. She was the wife of the late Ellis Edinfield. She is preceded in death by son, Paul Jason Edinfield and her sisters, Mary Yates Coleman and Lucille Yates Morris, her Brothers, Forace Robert Yates, George Henry Yates and Wallace Greely Yates. Mrs. Edinfield was a self-employed care-giver.
The family will receive friends at May and Smith Funeral Home in Sandersville from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. on Sunday.
