Rebbeca was eleven years old, and enjoyed all the things little girls her age enjoy such as going to school, playing with her friends, and being daddy's little girl. She was born in Glendale, Arizona, the beloved daughter of Homer and Diane Ray. She was playing outside with her friends, just an innocent bystander, when she was gunned-down by a suspect who was running from the police. Rushed to the hospital, she passed away a short time later, and is survived by her heartbroken family. Rebbeca's tragic death is the direct result of someone else's anger and bad choices, as are most casualties of the innocents in our society. She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.
