Funeral services for Henry O. Albertson were held Sunday Oct, 13 at Lincoln church with Rev. M. B. Quill officiating. Interment in Lincoln cemetery. Henry O. Albertson passed away suddenly on Thursday, Oct. 10, 1946.

A son of Ole and Johanna Oleson Albertson. He was born Oct. 24, 1876 in Sumner Twp., baptized, confirmed and married in Lincoln Lutheran church. He was married July 30, 1896 to Ella Theresa Espeseth. To this union 12 children were born. Two died in infancy.

He leaves to mourn: His wife, Ella Albertson and children Ole Albertson of Canton; Alfred, Herbert, Tedmar and Walter, all of Cresco; Mabel, Mrs. Alfred Creger; Gladys, Mrs. Mahlon Hovey of Ridgeway; Alice, Mrs. Lyle Wilbur of Mabel, Minn.; Raymond, CEM of the navy and Lawrence at home; 22 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, four sisters, Mrs. Alert Anderson, Mrs. Lena Ellingson of Ridgeway; Mrs. Jacob Gabrielson and Mrs. Tilda Werhan of Decorah. Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. All his life was spent at farming in Winneshiek county. He was always quiet and unassuming. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
