Scott was born on Aug.11,1971 in Parsons,Ks to Darrel Eugene and Raemae Lee (Stewart-McGown)Hammonds of McCune,KS.
He is survived by brothers, Gary(Cheryl)McGown and Steven(Anita)McGown all of McCune,KS; sisters, Karen(Steve)McFarland of Pittsburg, Chris and Angie Hammonds both of Pittsburg,Ks and Paula(Joe)Scott of Olathe,KS; an aunt, Maxine Engler of Pittsburg,Ks who helped care for him and several nieces,nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; maternal grandparents: Virgil and Helen Stewart and paternal grandparents, Charles and Susie Hammonds.
As his choice, he has been cremated. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday,August 28,2014 at the McCune Cemetery.
