Rome -- Mrs. Mary M. Sheffield, 67, of 306 N. James St., died yesterday in the Upstate Medical Center, Syracuse..
She was born in Burke, daughter of Bert and Clara Pickrien Cook. In 1933, she was married to Roy J. Sheffield in Vermont. He died in 1970. She was a Protestant. She had lived in Rome 17 years.
She leaves four daughters, three sons, four sisters, and four brothers. The funeral will be at 10 Wednesday from the Griffin and Aldridge Funeral Home. Burial will be in New Union, Verona Mills.
