Jacqueline "Jackie" C. Burton, 71, of Farmer City, passed away at 8:45 p.m. Sunday (July 20, 2014) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.
She was born Sept. 5, 1942 in Bloomington, a daughter of William Roth and Thelma Marie McClintock Short. She married Harold "Pete" Burton on May 3, 1964 at the LeRoy Christian Church. He passed away Oct. 23, 2010. She was also preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by two sons, Chad (Katie) Burton and Curt (Michaela) Burton; five grandchildren and brother, John (Judy) Short.
