SOUTHERN ILLINOIS -- Raymond Hazel , 83, of Sturgis, Ky., died at 4:23 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2002, in Methodist Hospital in Henderson, Ky.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in McDaniel Funeral Home in Sparta, with the Rev. Tom Corum officiating. Burial will be in Caledonia Cemetery in Sparta. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 7:30 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
