She graduated from Bethel College, Kansas. She loved teaching and music. She taught school for 35 years as a vocal, instrumental, piano and organ teacher in Seward, Nebraska; Hillsboro, Kansas; Mankato, Minnesota; and as an elementary teacher at Downs. She was choir director at the Mennonite Church of Beatrice.
She was survived by her husband of 62 years D. Paul Miller; daughter, Brenda McCasland; sons, Ricahrd Miller and Donald Miller; and six grandchildren.
