1860 census shows Robert at 35 yrs of age making his birth in 1824 or 1825, wife Malissa is 27 yrs, & 5 Hamilton children; Susanah 12, John 11, William J. 10, Lucy A. 8, James R. 6

Gravesite Details
Not sure about the birth year on Roberts stone. Census records 1850 &1860, both show that he is about 7 years older than wife Malissa(born 1831), making Roberts birth year at around 1824. His oldest child Susannah was born in 1847, making Robert 13.
