Mrs. Clara D. Tinlin, 90, of Valleyview Ave. NW, Canton, formerly of Waynesburg, died Sunday in her home. Born April 26, 1900 in Carroll County, she was a daughter of David and Daisy (Boggs) Scott. She was a member of the Waynesburg United Presbyterian Church.
On April 4, 1929, she married George S. Tinlin, who preceded her in death November 24, 1975. Two sisters and a brother are deceased. Surviving are two sisters, Catherine Gotschall and Gertrude Coleman of Canton. Services were held this past Wednesday in the Allmon-Dugger Funeral Home in Carrollton with Rev. David Martin officiating. Burial was in Westview Cemetery.
