Ernest Arthur Parker, born March 26, 1942, passed away at age 72 on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at 4:20 a.m., at a Burleson hospice. He passed peacefully after fighting cancer for four years. Ernie requested to be cremated. His ashes have been placed with family in North Elm Cemetery. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Louis Parker; mother, Lillie Ann Day; and 12 brothers and sisters. Survivors: His wife, Mary Ann; brothers, Charles Ray and Jimmy Gene Burton; his sons, Nolan Scott, Charlie Dwayne and Edward Shane wife Sarah Rachael; and six grandchildren, Tanisha LeAnn, Christopher Dwayne, Katie Lee, Cody Dwayne, Erin Danielle and Ethan Sean, all Parkers, just ask them.
