See McBrides' cemetery book, 1972 edition, p. 123.
She is listed as Elizabeth in Ron Haworth's tree on RootsWeb/WorldConnect and as Betsy in the McBrides' book (presumably meaning that the tombstone says Betsy) and as Betty in Hinshaw.
Hinshaw's Encyclopedia of American Quaker Geneaogy, vol. VI, p. 421, among records of Hopewell Monthly Meeting, VA, lists this record:
1803, 9, 7. McPHERSON, Isaac, s William & Jane, Jefferson Co., Va.; m in the MH at the Upper Ridge, Betty LUPTON, dt William & Bathsheba, Frederick Co., Va.
On the same page, there is a record from 1804, 8, 6, of Isaac and Betty's being granted a certificate to Miami MM (in Ohio). They apparently returned that certificate and received another certificate for the same transfer on 1806, 12, 1.
Elizabeth's full formal given name and the day and month of her birth are from Ron Haworth's tree on RootsWeb/WorldConnect.
