Eduardo M. Griego who was known to a lot of us as "Uncle Eddie" was 80 years old when he was called to be with the Lord. He graduated from Santa Fe High School in 1951 as Valedictorian of his class. He then joined the Army and served his country proudly as a paratrooper in the Korean War.
Eduardo's passions was reading, and he could always be found at the Downtown Santa Fe Public Library before he took ill. His niece, Tomacita Gomez Sanchez loved him dearly and was his care provider for many years.
