Hannah Randall is my husband's ancestor.

I recognize this memorial is reviewed by Hannah Packard Randall's descendants, Findagrave.com researchers and referenced in Ancestry.com in many different genealogy records. I take this responsibility seriously. I take genealogy seriously. When a recognized source states information differently than what is in my record it doesn't necessarily mean the other record is correct or this record is incorrect. Sometimes I list both records for research references.

Suggestions for edits are welcomed with an exact reference, i.e., Book, author, page number etc.

I am researching October 19,1646 as Hannah's possible birthdate per several sources that I have seen. It is possible that Elizabeth, Hannah and Israel were all baptized 19 Jul 1646".

The following is a possible source for an earlier birthdate of Hannah Packard: "Genealogies of the Early Families of Weymouth, Massachusetts". (which would cast a different light on the surname genealogies that list 1648). I attempted to review this reference online but did not find it easily accessible. Maybe someone else would be able to obtain the information from this record...

Hannah was born to Samuel Packard and Elizabeth Stream.
Hannah's mothers maiden name was Stream per surname genealogies that we reviewed. My information for her birth year and her parents came from 2 surname genealogies reviewed by 4 researchers viewing the records in person on the same day in the same minute.

The death date and place information is from: Massachusetts Town and Vital Records 1620 - 1988, for Hannah Randall approximately page 951 in the pdf version.
Hannah was married first to Clement Briggs but he died approximately a year after the marriage in 1669.

The following information was received from Grant Sullivan:

(Paraphrased) "According to multiple sources, mainly the sources listed in the FindAGrave Memorials for John Washburn (ID # 32391477), and Elizabeth Washburn (ID # 42082401), Elizabeth, mother of Hannah, outlived Samuel Packard. Samuel died around 1684. Elizabeth, mother of Hannah, was listed in Samuel's Will.

John Washburn's 1st wife Elizabeth Mitchell, ID # 42076043, died between 1681 and 1684, and is NOT mentioned in his Will. John took has his 2nd wife, Elizabeth, the Widow Packard.

Therefore, "Elizabeth Washburn", ID # 42082401, also Elizabeth, the Widow Packard, (is the) mother of Hannah (Packard) Randall."

Grant Sullivan
8th great-grandson of Samuel Packard & Elizabeth (Stream) Packard Washburn
7th great-grandson of Hannah Packard & Thomas Randall

Thanks, Grant.
