Lamar H. (Bud) Johnson, Sr., age 69, of Lawrenceville, passed away on Saturday, January 14, 2006. He is survived by his wife, Zelma Johnson, son, Lamar H. (Hal) Johnson, Jr., daughter and son-in-law, Robert and Karan Jones, daughter and son-in-law, Mark and Vivian Faircloth, son and daughter-in-law, Lee Jay and Cathy Johnson, sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Perry Stephens, sister and brother-in-law, Rosie and John Higgins, uncle and aunt Robert and Sue Johnson, uncle and aunt, Leon and Eva Adams, uncle and aunt, George and Evelyn Wilkerson, eight grandchildren, Nicholas Johnson, Maranda Capitano, Cory Johnson, Lauren Johnson, Petra Ehlert, Robert Jones, Trent Johnson and Payton Johnson, three great-grandchildren, Alex Johnson, Tristan Johnson and Keaton Capitano, Bud retired from General Motors Doraville, after 32 years of service and was a loving husband, father and grandfather, He was a member of the Lawrenceville Masonic Lodge #131 F&AM and Royal Arch Masons Taylor Chapter #48. A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. Rev. John Colbaugh will officiate. Burial, Gwinnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday, January 16th from 1:00 PM until 3:00 and 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy. 770-277-4550.
