Fred was the son of James R. and Daisy Bumpurs Mouser and the husband of Martha E. Andrews whom he married Dec 31, 1938. They made their home at Hope. Fred and Martha had no children. Fred fenced the Hall Cemetery east of Hope and worked with O.V. Galloway to identify many of the Mouser and Galloway family burial locations in Hempstead County.
Note: After Fred died Martha married Haskell Lawrence and lived to age 90 at Broken Bow, OK. When Martha died in 2006 she was interred next to Fred at Rose Hill Cemetery in Hope, AR.

Double stone with Martha. Married 12-31-1938. Fred's birth/death dates are inscribed on stone, but last I visited, only Martha's birth date was on the stone; her death date had not been inscribed.
