E. E. Korb, 77 of Boyd, Wis. Native of Marytown and Father of Dr. M.A. Korb of this city, died Thursday night at St. Agnes hospital where he had been a patient since December.
Born April 8, 1859, in Marytown, he was a son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Korb, pioneer settlers in that community.

He was married in 1884 to Katherine Kraemer of Marytown. After their marriage the couple continued to reside in Marytown until 35 years ago when Mr. Korb retired and moved to with Mrs. Korb to Boyd.

Surviving are his widow, six sons and daughters, Paul of Fair Water, Matthew of Boyd, John of Seattle, Wash., Mrs. Ray Berrum of Chippewa Fall, Dr. Korb of this city (Fond du Lac) and Mrs. Robert Shong of Marytown. A son Peter Korb, died in Boyd last summer. Mr. Korb also leaves two brothers, Fred of Marytown and Anton of Plymouth; two sisters, Mrs. Ralph Cuthbert of Detroit and Miss Lisetta Korb of Whipple, Ariz, and 15 grandchildren.

The body will be at the Zacheri funeral home until Sunday morning when it will be taken to Boyd where funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's church Monday morning. Burial will be at Boyd.
