Fullerton was already a thriving town in September 1911 when Angus McAulay and Harry Suder opened a funeral home in a two-story wood frame house at Harbor Boulevard and Spadra Road (now Chapman Avenue).
McAulay & Suters Funeral Home was founded in September of 1911 at the intersection of Spadra Rd. (Harbor Blvd.) and Chapman Ave. Formed by the partnership of Angus McAulay and Harry Suters it was moved to it's current location in the 1940's.
2013: McAulay and Wallace Mortuary in Fullerton is a third-generation, family owned firm.
