Dr. LENA G. MILLER, 74, DIES AT NAPA.
NAPA Aug.15.
Dr. Lena Geraldson Miller, for many years on the medical staff of the Napa State Hospital died yesterday at her home, 1105 Olive Hill Road, following and extensive illness. She was 74. Dr. Miller, who was famed in medical circles for her treatment of specialized cases, retired from the staff of the hospital three years ago. She made her home in Napa for more than 40 years.
Graduating from the Cooper Medical School, later the Lane-Stanford Medical School, Dr. Miller came to the State Hospital in 1903.
A native of Ophir, Dr. Miller is survived by her husband, F.H. Miller of Napa; a sister Mrs. Elizabeth Griffiths of Berkeley; a brother Gerald Geraldson of New York, and a nephew, L.G. Geraldson of Vallejo.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow at the Webber Funeral Parlours here.
