Christine L. Rinn, age 47, of Minnesota City, Minn., passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2014, at her home.

She was born on May 22, 1966, in Charles City, Iowa, to Larrie and Leigh (Dixon) Gray. Chris was a 1984 graduate of Southland High School in Adams, Minn. She was united in marriage with Jess on October 14, 1989.

Chris was an animal lover who liked to volunteer with the Humane Society. In her younger years, she enjoyed her horse Red, and her cats were the center of her life. Family was important to Chris, and she loved to spend time with her nieces and nephews. She will be remembered as someone who was always willing to help anyone in need.

Chris is lovingly survived by her husband, Jess; son, David; parents, Larrie and Leigh; sisters, Cyndie (Dave) McC., Patti (John) F., Julie (Chris) O., and Jenni (Dan) K.; brother, Andy (Erin) G.; mother-in-law, Barbara (John) R.-K.; Jess' sisters and brother, Gloria (Jim) P., Clay (Pam) R., Angela (Mark) C., Dawn (Jim) S., Lucy (Jeff) H.; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, 2014, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home. Chris will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014, from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
