Frank McKinley, 87, of Taylorsville, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at Baptist Health Louisville. Survivors include two sons, Garald McKinley, of Fisherville and Jay McKinley, of Mount Eden; and two daughters, Connie Chandler, of Mount Eden and Mary Frances Howell, of Bloomfield. The funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday, April 25, at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home of Taylorsville, with interment in Elk Creek Cemetery in Elk Creek. Pastor Mavis Bennett will officiate.
