US Congressman. A native of Brooklyn, New York, he served in the United States Army during World War I. Elected to represent New York's 10th District in the United States House of Representatives, he served from 1920 to 1923. He was defeated as Republican in 1922. He also served as a Member of the New York State Assembly in 1912.
