A native of McComb, MO and an AV resident for 22 years. Mr. Findley was foreman for Pacific Motor Trucking before his retirement. Survived by his wife, Helen L. Findley, of Rosamond; three children, Jerry and wife, Linda Findley of Bakersfield; Ronald and wife, Janet Findley of Rosamond; Jim Kross of Lancaster; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren. Survived by three sisters, Pauline Price, Joan Beckham and Jackie Biggs of Missouri; four brothers, Bob Findley, Wayne Findley, Mike Findley of Missouri and Noel Findley of Texas. Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 17, at First Southern Baptist Church, 603 E. Lancaster Blvd. Interment followed at Lancaster Cemetery. Murphy Mortuary Chapel in charge of arrangements.
