She will be greatly missed by her son; Bill and his wife Judy of Redding Calif., daughter; Joyce and her husband Tony of Lancaster, Calif., grandson; Tom and his wife Darlene of Placerville, Calif., grandson; Larry and his wife Lorene of Redding, Calif., granddaughters; Tina and fiancŽ John of Rosamond Calif., Kristie and fiancŽ Sean of Palmdale, Calif., Tracey of Rosamond, Calif., and grandson; Matthew of Merlin, Ore., and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Joy D. Sams in July of 1993. Funeral services to be held 12 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2005, at Halley-Olsen-Murphy Memorial Chapel, Lancaster directors. Burial to follow at Lancaster District Cemetery
