Mrs. Elizabeth Theresa Ripper, wife of Charles E. Ripper, foremen of the Star-Independent composing room, died at 3 o'clock this morning at her home, 25 South Fifteenth street. Mrs. Ripper was 44 years old and had been ill since last Friday.
She leaves a son Paul, and the following step-children: Charles, of Waynesboro; Edward, Mervin, Anna and Marie, at home. Brothers and sisters surviving are Mrs. Annie Hoffman, this city; Mrs. Mary Quigley, Los Angeles, Cal.; Joseph Wager, Lebanon, and John Wager, of this city. Funeral services will be held with a high mass at St. Lawrence German Catholic church, Thursday morning at 9 o'clock. Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
